  • Savings Circles (BCs): Facilitating the formation and management of savings circles.
  • Financial Products: Providing access to microfinance loans, insurance products, and other financial services.
  • Communication Tools: Enabling communication between BC members and managing transactions within BCs.

5. Fees, Payments, and Transactions

5.1 Service Fees

Certain services offered through BC Appa may require the payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described during your use of the service. Fees are subject to change at our discretion, with notice provided to users.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payments must be made using the payment methods specified on the platform. By providing a payment method, you authorize BC Appa to charge the associated fees.

5.3 No Refunds

All payments made to BC Appa are non-refundable, except as required by law.

BC Appa does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All information provided on the platform is for informational purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership

All content, software, and materials available on BC Appa are the property of BC Appa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 License

BC Appa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
